The Portland Trail Blazers are expected to keep Jrue Holiday as they look to compete in the Western Conference next season, according to Jake Fischer of The People’s Insider.
The Blazers traded Anfernee Simons and two second-round picks for Holiday on Monday night.
Fischer adds that Holiday drew trade interest from the Kings and Mavs, among other teams.
Holiday averaged 11.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 3.9 assists last season for the Celtics.
